  • Nick Renaud is Co-Founder and owner of The Nova Group. Prior to TNG, Nick worked in private equity with Five Elms Capital while pursuing his MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.

    Nick’s prior career experience includes working with Windermere Real Estate in Seattle, WA and working in college basketball as a graduate assistant with the Pepperdine University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas men’s basketball programs.

    Nick holds an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, an M.A. from UNLV, and a B.A. from Central College.

    Amber is known for her expertise in the new construction industry, having worked with numerous builders on projects ranging anywhere from 30-50+ home sites, Amber has a proven record in delivering the results developers expect.

    Prior to starting The Nova Group Realty, Amber was a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker. Prior to her real estate career, Amber worked at Mercy Ministries in Nashville as the Director of Transitional Care and oversaw the care of over 80 at-risk female teenagers. Amber holds a BS in Marketing and a Minor in Real Estate from Florida State and a Certificate of Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California.

    In her spare time, Amber loves spending time at the beach with her husband and their two children.

  • Chuck Lemire stands out as an accomplished leader in the real estate sector, known for his strategic insight and significant contributions to the growth of real estate companies both in the U.S. and internationally. As the former CEO and President of HomeSmart International, Chuck led a period of remarkable growth, overseeing the launch of over 50 new franchise locations across 16 states and two countries. This expansion effort was complemented by a dramatic increase in the agent workforce, doubling to more than 7,000 professionals in under three years.

    Before his tenure at HomeSmart International, Chuck played a key role at RE/MAX, particularly as the Chief Operating Officer for RE/MAX Europe. Over five years, he spearheaded the expansion of the network, growing it to more than 250 offices with over 4,000 agents. Under his guidance, these agents successfully completed around 60,000 transactions annually, contributing to an impressive annual volume of over 15 billion dollars.

    Chuck's role at The Nova Group Realty is marked by his extensive experience and focus on strategic development. He is instrumental in advising on business strategies, helping to steer the company towards sustainable growth and a strong market position.     Corry has been serving buyers and sellers in the Tallahassee area since early 2020. She grew up in South Georgia, but has lived in Tallahassee for over 15 years. Before real estate she was a sales manager covering portions of North Florida, South Georgia, and South Alabama. Having such a vast professional background in sales is what ultimately led Corry to her real estate career, which has been her true passion and calling ever since.     Tiffany Kasdorf is co-owner of Kasdorf Design Build, with her husband, Derek, who is a General Contractor. Their construction company specializes in new construction homes, land procurement, developments, build to invest, and high-end residential remodels. Tiffany works mostly behind the scenes, operating in a consultant capacity; initial client meetings, helping navigate positive builder/client relationships, monitoring communication systems to help clients understand the building process, and promoting a healthy team atmosphere for their employees.

    Tiffany is the ultimate team player, having spent the last 25 years competing nationally and internationally, and coaching the sport of fast pitch softball. Inevitably, softball is what led her to Tallahassee, having been the recipient of a full scholarship to pitch for the Seminoles from 2005-2008. She met her husband while in college, and together they have two handsome boys, and one beautiful girl. Tiffany enjoys eating super delicious foods (especially plant based dishes!), watching sports, and traveling with her family.

    Becoming a real estate agent allowed Tiffany to step forward in her life, and honor her passion and professional relationships in an official capacity.     Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico and raised in Tampa, Laura Kenney has been helping buyers and sellers relocate in Florida since 2004. She has helped homeowners and buyers all over the state. Laura has assisted international buyers, has worked with military and federal employees retiring in Florida or relocating near Florida's military bases as well as helping veterans make investments in smart properties while using their GI bill to go back to school. She understands the importance of educating her customers in all aspects of home buying and selling. Walking customers through inspection results, loan estimates, title issues, property taxes and renovation projects, her wealth of experience is an asset to all of her customers.

    Natalie is a Tallahassee native and FSU alumni with a BS in Political Science and minor in Business Administration. While attending FSU, she was elected Vice President of the FSU Real Estate Society. Natalie earned her real estate license in 2005 and worked as a team with her mother who was also licensed, selling luxury homes in Tallahassee. After a few years, she decided to take a break to focus on her young family.

    Natalie's early career experience includes Government Public Relations aide, lobbying intern and campaign management assistant. More recent experience includes working in the field of skilled long-term care. In 2018 she earned her Florida Assisted Living Administrators Certification and began working directly with the CEO of a 14 -facility company. While passionate about Florida's seniors and quality care, she has now returned to her first love, real estate.

    She is currently a member of Emerald Coast Board of Realtors and Tallahassee Board of Realtors. Natalie grew up vacationing in Watercolor, FL for the last 20 years and currently resides between Inlet Beach and Tallahassee. She maintains her clientele both in Tallahassee and the beaches of 30A.

    Amy Wells moved to the great city of Tallahassee at the age of 17 from Winter Park, Florida. She came to Tallahassee to chase her dream of being a Florida State Seminole.
